@PawelK Thankfully I won't have to deal with OOP. This is going to be C and ASM.

The ports are now in progress. I will hand the BL602 off once it is proven to work with completely different firmware. I'll be porting to ESP boards too. I just announced it to the Nutcracker group.

This is going to be a learning experience.

I am now quite certain that I can make a few different ports. I've been humbled before and I suspect it will happen this time. Hopefully this will allow all free code.

I have found an easier port than I expected.

LESSON 1: KNOW YOUR HARDWARE.

I found something that gives me a sense of power. This code I am working on porting is so elegant and absolutely tiny. I have memory maps and a simple layout. The code is also much different than the code it will replace.

This will take time to get right and it might function more like a WNIC than a MCU. I plan on a port to the ESP MCUs too. There's no reason why one multinational should control 90% with a stack that implements an open standard.

This is going to hurt.

@PawelK @hackernews@die-partei.social Not exactly like right to repair but it is getting closer.

@PawelK Yes but it is an involved reaction to show reaction kinetics easily.

@PawelK Atropa Belladonna, the deadly nightshade, has the anticholinergic alkaloids but not barbiturates. Barbiturates can be synthesized from urea.

I had a second thought about the port and my induction hypothesis. I need to get passive scan working first. Transmission is too easy to mess up and cause interference. For passive mode the modem would need to be initiated and communication established.

All of this could prove that the stack isn't magical.

@PawelK I was on barbiturates before the benzo and it improved the quality of my life when I swapped. Benzos are far safer than the barbiturates.

@trinsec I think I'm allergic to peanuts. Never had this reaction before and the last thing I did before I broke out was eating a large peanut butter sandwich.

This is day 3 and I'm still covered in a bad rash.

@PawelK I have ADHD and seizures so I don't have a choice in what I can take. Nicotine does help me sometimes but it has to be snus.

So I had an allergic reaction and anaphylaxis for the first time last night. Swollen throat and full body rash.
