An urgent call has gone out to medical students to help London hospitals recover from a major cyber-attack.

In the message to trainees, which has been seen by the BBC and The Sunday Times, medical students were told they would act as "floorwalkers" and hand deliver blood tests.

It said: "In this critical situation, we urgently need volunteers to step forward and support our pathology services.

"The ripple effect of this extremely serious incident is felt across various hospital, community and mental health services in our region." #cybersecurity

@ncommander The good news is that brake fluid is kinda strange. It can be tested with a multimeter for resistance. As long as it's flushed, it should be fine.

(Brakes were at about 80%, and I've got cavitation in the system when I push the peddle so it might just need a flush and bleed, although it imples water got into the system from somewhere)

@ncommander Fluids don't compress well. You likely have air in your brake lines. Fresh fluid, hydraulic wrenches and a vacuum bleeder should fix it. The times I've seen air in brake lines were mostly from a leak caused by not changing the pads.

I believe there are some bleeding valves that function essentially like check valves. I've never used them but they seemed promising.

Just wear safety goggles because brake fluid is not good. It can strip paint too. Disposal of used brake fluid is essentially the same as used motor oil. You'd need to check local regulations to be certain.

Due to bird flu all the politicians pushing lockdowns during COVID should be imprisoned to ensure they keep 6 feet away from everyone else, and avoid a repeat of their polices.
