Docile means listless and malleable to commands, while obedient just means malleable to commands.
For example, a warrior could be obedient to those in his chain of command, but he definitely wouldn't be seen as docile.

In fact, social hierarchy exists in every single social species.

Empathy has weight in that it affects how I treat other people and affects violent tendencies. People without empathy are called sociopaths, and have issues with adapting to the world.
You are right in implying that too much empathy can cause mental health issues. It is important to find a balance.

Anarchy is the state of a society without a governing body. (Social) power is the capacity to influence the behavior of others. Government is merely the codification of social power and its flow to make power transitions stable and peaceful. Given that power hierarchies always naturally form in large groups of people, this means that anarchy as a social state is impossible to sustain for any significant amount of time.

This isn't a basic "videogames bad" argument. If someone reads propaganda about how evil the world is and how funny it is to an hero, this while lauding and praising school shooters, it makes sense that a higher percentage of those readers would then go on to shoot up schools compared to the general population.
