We develop what we call chemical "precision tools" to investigate protein #glycosylation. These tools are specific for individual #glycosyltransferases, #glycan subtypes or cell lines. We employ methods of #chembio including #OrgChem, protein engineering, #glycoproteomics, #imaging, #chemoenzymatic synthesis and drug discovery.
