@TranimeGirl @georgia@spinster.xyz Tranime is correct.
@deadheat @alex @georgia@spinster.xyz I don't lnow if it is nature or nurture, and I don't know how much of it is society, and I don't know much of anything now that I think about it- but, I do know that none of my gay friends growing up in the 90s were choosing to be gay and get tortured by our fellow students when we were in highschool. ( I went to a performing art's school. There were quite a few homosexuals.)
@georgia@spinster.xyz @alex I'm pretty sure I disagree more or less 100%, Alex.
Sexuality may not be binary (Either straight OR gay), but I don't think it's a choice.
And just so we're on the same page- this is just a $50.00 chair. In the outdoor furniture business that's REALLY cheap. It's one of the least expensive chairs we sell.
Like, seriously, who in their right mind thinks any company would give out their manufacturer's names. Why would they let you get stuff from them?
Furthermore, what makes you think they give a hot shit after the items are sold? It's not like you bought any chairs directly from them. You're not their customer, and unless you're about to buy a thousand chairs they're probably not even going to give you the time of day.
I'm surprised they're fighting this, to be honest. It's been over two years. Just accept that we're not going to a) warranty something that's been out of warranty for over a year and a half or b) give you our manufacturers name, because that's none of your GD business.
@fluffy that sounds complicated. I'd rather just complain, because I have nothing better to do.
Why can't you give me this, Fluffy? :(
@fluffy I read that in stereo. Can you type it in mono, plz?
@mngrif I don't mind there being more than one online distribution service- that creates some much needed competition. But *exclusives* are bullshit and I hate them.
