Russian Strategic Nuclear Forces are in full readiness for use, — Putin.
Furthermore, according to Putin, the “Zircon” sea-based hypersonic strike complex has already been used in the battle.
He added that Russia is currently completing tests of the “Burevestnik” nuclear-armed cruise missile and the “Poseidon” nuclear-powered unmanned underwater vehicle.
"The first mass-produced "Sarmat" intercontinental heavy ballistic missiles. And we will soon demonstrate them in the base areas on combat duty," he said.
Putin has traditionally repeated that "we did not start this war in Donbas" and once again stated that the Russian occupiers will do "everything to end it, to eradicate Nazism, to
solve all the tasks of the Special Military Operation”.
In addition, following Macron's words, Putin threatened "tragic consequences" for countries that dare to send their troops to Ukraine.
"They must understand that we also have weapons that can hit targets on their territory," the Russian president said.

Russia has not deployed an A-50 early warning and control aircraft for days, Air Force spokesperson Yurii Ihnat said on air on Feb. 27 after Russia lost its second plane of this model.
The Russian Air Force has recently lost two of its A-50 planes, one in January and another on Feb. 23, reportedly due to Ukrainian attacks. One such aircraft costs around $330 million.
"The intensity of the A-50 aircraft's use has decreased. They have been gone for several days," Ihnat said.
"They (Russia) decided not to send more and more planes... they have only a few such special equipment pieces in service."
The spokesperson reminded that in addition to the two destroyed planes, one was reportedly damaged in Belarus last year, and the extent of its repairs remains unclear.
The plane stationed at the Machulishchy airfield near Minsk was damaged in a series of explosions in February 2023 in an alleged attack by Belarusian partisans.
According to Ignat, Russia is considering whether further use of A-50 planes is worth the risk.
Ukraine's military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov said on Feb. 25 that Russia has only six planes of this model left in service. Should Moscow lose one more, it would be unable to operate them round-the-clock, he added.

A timely vote would have been 2 months ago!
🇺🇸 Speaker of the House of Representatives Johnson promised to "timely" vote on aid to Ukraine
He made such a statement after meeting with President Joe Biden at the White House. Regarding aid to Ukraine, the speaker emphasized that the Chamber is "actively studying all possible options."
"We will deal with this issue in a timely manner. But, again, the first priority for our country is the border and its security," the politician summarized.

🇷🇺 Leaked classified documents have shown that Russia is ready to use nuclear weapons. This threshold turned out to be much lower than Putin and the Russian authorities had publicly stated
Journalists from the Financial Times reviewed 29 secret files created between 2008 and 2014. Experts claim that they are still relevant to modern Russian military doctrine. The documents include a wargame scenario and presentations for Navy officers.
Moscow is ready to use tactical nuclear weapons in the event of a strong enemy invading Russia, the defeat of its army or an important formation, the loss of 20% of ballistic missile submarines or 30% of nuclear submarines, as well as the loss of 3 cruisers, 3 airfields and a simultaneous attack on the main command centers.
Russia is also ready to use nuclear weapons to prevent the defeat of Russian troops. However, analysts interviewed by the FT say that in Ukraine, Russia probably has a higher threshold for the use of tactical nuclear weapons, as Kyiv does not have the nuclear capability and capacity for a major invasion.

⚠️ Warning from the Ukrainian Defence Intelligence
📄 Statement of the Intelligence Committee under the President of Ukraine, — the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine
❗️ Dear Ukrainians and our international partners!
▪️ Two years after russia unleashed a full-scale war of aggression, Ukraine is facing an objective threat to its existence as a state, as a nation, as a community of free and equal people.
▪️ In the context of deliberate distraction of the world's attention from the ongoing and bloody russian-Ukrainian war, the leadership of the aggressor country has resorted to a plan of planned sabotage, information operations and outright provocations.
▪️ The main directions and goals of the enemy are to disrupt Ukrainian mobilisation, spread disinformation about Ukraine's inability to win, create and spread fakes about "fatigue from Ukraine" among our partners and allies in the world. The russians' global international goal is to reduce support for our country from the pro-Ukrainian coalition in the world.
❗️ The goal of the russians inside Ukraine is to demoralise Ukrainians, sow panic among the population, drive a wedge between the military and civilians, and put everyone at odds with everyone, including representatives of the country's political leadership and civil society.
russian special services have extensive experience in conducting hybrid wars. They spend no less on information attacks against Ukraine than on conventional warfare.
👉 As reported by the Intelligence Committee under the President of Ukraine, in November last year, as part of the Maidan 3 special operation, russia spent almost $250 million on spreading anti-Ukrainian sentiment on the Telegram platform alone. The total budget of the operation was an astronomical $1.5 billion. This is the most expensive "action" of russian special services in history.
❗️ Special operation "Maidan-3" will reach its culmination in March-May 2024, and in the coming weeks, the enemy will make every effort to spread narratives destructive to global security and attempt to incite conflicts — both inside Ukraine and in other parts of the world where there is effective support for Ukraine.
✔️ The methodology of the campaign is traditional for russian special services: to question the legitimacy of government decisions made in Ukraine after 20 May, to spread panic and disbelief, to artificially oppose civilians and the military, to quarrel us with our allies, and to spread all sorts of "conspiracy theories" in society. This is happening against the backdrop of russia's public statements about the creation of new types of superweapons, which, according to the russians, should ensure russia's technical superiority over the West for the next decade. It follows that opposition to russia's goals in Ukraine is dangerous for the world, and therefore russia will push other countries to engage in direct dialogue on Ukraine without our participation.
⚔️ Also, the russians, through their own agents of influence in Ukraine and around the world, will rely on organising various protest actions and deliberately discredit the prisoner of war exchange process.
▪️ According to the enemy's plan, in the first half of June, the situation in our country will be shaken and then, taking advantage of the situation, Ukraine will be defeated militarily in the East, which is the key idea of their operation.
‼️ In view of the above circumstances, we call on Ukrainian society, our international partners and allies to strengthen joint resistance and comprehensive security
measures, especially in the information space, to effectively counter global threats and challenges of the new global hybrid war. The war waged by the russian federation and its criminal allies against the entire civilised world today.
🤝 Our society needs unity.
🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!

2014-2016, the US Central Intelligence Agency has trained a new generation of Ukrainian spies, the elite unit "Detachment 2245", who work in Ukraine, Russia, Europe, Cuba and other countries with Russian influence. As part of this project, the CIA, together with Ukraine, created 12 spy bases along the Russian border — to track intelligence satellites, eavesdrop on conversations of Russian commanders, and gather information for covert operations.
▪️The unit captured Russian UAVs and communications equipment so that CIA technicians could hack Russian encryption systems;
▪️Budanov, a member of this unit, “was a rising star”. Known for "daring operations behind enemy lines and had close ties to the CIA";
▪️"Disguised in Russian uniform, then Lieutenant Colonel Budanov ferried commandos across a narrow bay on inflatable boats, landing at night in Crimea";
▪️The operation was not coordinated with the United States and caused sharp criticism from Washington.
Oh, he became independent! 😁

Ammunition for Ukraine
▪️Petr Fiala, Czech Prime Minister, said that fifteen countries are ready to join his state's initiative to purchase shells for Ukraine from outside Europe to solve the problem of the shortage of ammunition, particularly artillery shells.
At the Munich Security Conference, Petr Pavel, Czech President, said that the Czechia had found up to 800.000 shells of NATO-standard calibre which can be sent to Ukraine in a few weeks if it receives funding for delivery.
Among the countries supporting his initiative are Canada, Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Portugal, as well as other countries that did not want to be named.
▪️The German Government on February 16 announced a new military aid package which includes 120.000 122-mm artillery rounds. According to the „Spiegel“ these were ordered from Bulgaria and will be handed over to Ukraine in 2024. General Christian Freuding, the head of the Bundeswehr’s Situation Center Ukraine, noted that there is no shortage of money. Germany has allocated about €7 billion for 2024 alone. The main problem remains the availability of ammunition on the world market.
122-mm artillery shells are Soviet-era ammunition. They are used in D-30 howitzers and 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers, which are widely used in the Ukrainian army.
Bulgaria is a producer of shells of this caliber and one of the largest players on the world market in the Soviet weapons niche.
▪️Furthermore, also according to the German newspaper „Der Spiegel“, German officials are holding secret talks with India to purchase ammunition for Ukraine.
India still has relatively large stockpiles of artillery shells (several hundred thousand rounds), but the Indian government, which still maintains cordial relations with Moscow, will not admit to wanting to sell any, if it is indeed willing. Therefore, covert negotiations are underway to see if the ammunition can be obtained through intermediaries.
Similar deals, according to Berlin, are possible with Arab countries and also with states in the Balkans and Africa that still have stockpiles - or may even produce new
ammunition.
▪️French President Emmanuel Macron has announced the creation of a coalition to provide Ukraine with "medium- and long-range missiles and bombs". According to the French newspaper "Le Monde", Macron said Western leaders decided to "create a coalition for deep strikes, and therefore for [supplying Ukraine with] medium- and long-range missiles and bombs."

Zelensky: Commander-in-chief to prepare two plans for war
President Volodymyr Zelensky has reported that Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is preparing two plans for the war depending on whether the US decides to provide aid.
Zelensky in an interview for CNN explained that the actions of the Ukrainian army in the combat zone would depend on the US military aid. Therefore, Syrskyi is working on the two options of the plan of further military actions:
"If Kyiv gets US assistance, it will be able to start pushing back against Russia. If it doesn’t, it will have to focus on defending only."
Zelenskyy added that without aid from the
US it would not only be hard for Ukraine to achieve new results in the combat zone but also hold the defence this year.
"People will be prepared, but ammunition will not be prepared and brigades will not be ready… not only for our counter-offensive, they will not be ready to defend, to stay strong. It will be very difficult."

The CIA helped create a network of secret spy bases on the territory of Ukraine and a Ukrainian intelligence network in countries where Russian intelligence services are active.
According to The New York Times, American intelligence has maintained a secret partnership with Ukrainian intelligence services for 10 years, exchanging intercepted information with Ukrainian colleagues.
With the support of the CIA and MI-6, the SBU created the paramilitary Fifth Directorate to conduct operations behind Russian lines. It was staffed by employees born after the collapse of the USSR and with no ties to Russia, the newspaper notes.
In 2014, the CIA delivered secure communications equipment to Ukraine for the first time and trained members of the Fifth Directorate and two other elite Ukrainian intelligence units.
The CIA also oversaw a training program for Ukrainian intelligence officers, which took place in two European cities. Among other things, Ukrainians were taught to work undercover. This is how a new generation of Ukrainian intelligence officers appeared who worked in Russia, throughout Europe, in Cuba, and other places of Russian presence.
With the help of the American department, Ukrainian intelligence has created 12 forward operating bases along the Russian border, the newspaper writes. From these centers, Ukrainian officers managed a network of agents who collected intelligence inside the Russian Federation. The bases were equipped with equipment for collecting intelligence information. After the start of a full-scale war, two more secret bases were built to intercept Russian communications. They are almost entirely financed and partially equipped by the CIA.
