DOES PEACE HAVE ANY CHANCE?
Over the coming days there will be high ranking meetings at the UN. Zelensky has presented his path to victory and his path to peace to the Americans - who are positive about the former and more sanguine about the later.
The Ukrainians expect nothing less than complete Russian withdrawal from the occupied territories. In all reality I simply don’t see how that’s going to be made to happen even if it should be the end result.
The point is you can talk all you like about peace and it will end up eventually being a negotiated one. The thing is the Russians see no need to talk, because to by utterly frank, they’re winning. On the ground they’re winning. Kursk means little to them because they know one way of another, through peace or war, they’ll get it back. All the rest of the front shows them advancing even if slowly, pressing Ukraine at almost every point.
I cannot stress enough, if Russia thinks it is winning it is never going to negotiate until Ukraine offers up an armistice. It’s that simple and it’s that blunt.
Given everything you know about Russia and their political leaders, never mind their historic intransigence through every type of regime in history, do you honestly think they’d be any different?
It’s this very intransigence that beat Napoleon and Hitler. It was the ruthlessness of Lenin that let the Germans win the war on the Eastern Front in WW1, including handing over Ukraine, so that Lenin could win the civil war. He knew the west would defeat Germany and he’d get the land back. He didn’t see losing the war to Poland in 1922, but Stalin had his revenge on the Poles in 1939 and 1944-5. They’re always willing to wait and win. It’s just who they are.
Ukraine is slowly loosing ground because of one primary fact: the West, especially the United States with its vast reserves of equipment it has barely even touched, are not supplying enough of it fast enough. Ammunition - especially the cluster shells which have now run out, even though the US supplied 1.5 million of them and has just as many in stockpiles, is not being supplied in their case. Standard 155 and 152mm ammunition is still way behind where it ideally needs to be. When Germany offers up a donation of 61,000 shells that’s around 6-7 days of use.
Across the whole war, if we want Ukraine to get into a position where it can do enough damage to Russia to make them decide they might lose and it’s time to talk, we in the West have to do far more than we’ve done and make it happen. Ukraine can’t do it alone.
Despite everything of the past three years we, The West, are still seemingly undecided if we want Ukraine to simply survive and become a shadow of its former self with a peace dictated by Russia, or to win and reassert the West, with Ukraine as part of it, stands up, will fight, will win and will not be forced by military means to give in.
Anything else is unacceptable.
How do our politicians not see that? We have to double and treble down to get it done. Yet nobody seems willing to do what’s needed, except for the few who would be next on Putin’s menu of grievances.
Time to make any choice is fast running out.

"In Korenevo [russia's Kursk region], there have not been the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a day, but all the stores, gas stations, pharmacies, and surviving residential buildings have been opened and looted!"
A collective appeal from residents of the Korenevsky district of Kursk region to putin by starts with these words. The locals complain about mass looting, robbery, violence against local residents, theft of cars and agricultural equipment, and even the shooting of dogs that prevented russian Armed Forces soldiers from entering buildings.
russian soldiers are a danger to russian population.

"I think it is a ferocius abuse. To stand on such legs for four days, handcuffed to a tree... It was impossible to sleep. I didn't sleep. My eyes are still foggy. I'm very tired. Every cell in my body hurts."
Revelations of Pavel Zhuravlyov, a serviceman of the russian army from the 98th Airborne Division, born in the city of Nazarovo, Krasnoyarsk Krai.
During his last combat mission, the assaultman was wounded and underwent treatment, during which he drank. The political officer with the call sign "List" smelled alcohol and handcuffed Zhuravlyov to a tree. He stood like that for four days, during which the political officer beat him, prevented him from sitting down and eating, and deprived him of sleep, which led to hallucinations.
Regular beatings, humiliation, and abuse are the trademarks of russian officers. The boomerang effect is at work: first, russian soldiers are killed and maimed in Ukraine, and later, they are beaten by their own in the rear.

‼️Putin decided to saber rattle by test firing a Sarmat nuclear missile today and it ended in complete failure. Missile fuel detonated in the silo leaving a huge crater. Completely destroyed the test site!
The sarmat is their newest and most advanced nuclear missile.
It's the one that is supposed to carry 16 warheads on hypersonic avangard glide vehicles.
The twitter account got permission from Planetlabs imaging to post the satallite photo.

Satan 2 failed again
OSINT researcher MT Anderson published satellite imagery from September, 21 showing that at the Plesetsk test site in Mirny, Arkhangelsk, apparently an ICBM Sarmat exploded directly in the silo and destroyed one of the sites of the test site.
This is at least the 4th failed test attempt of the 'combat operational' Sarmat Heavy ICBM.
The Sarmat RS-28, (Nato name Satan 2) is one of the new 'Wunderwaffen' praised by Putin after the first (and last) successful flight test in 2022 that allegedly 'renders the West defense useless'.

Russia lost a 2-month supply of ammunition due to the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the warehouse in the Tver region.
The strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the military depot in Toropets, destroyed a two-month supply of ammunition, said the head of the intelligence center of the Estonian Defense Forces, Colonel Ants Kiviselg.
According to him, about 750.000 ammunition with a total weight of 30.000 tons were destroyed in the city of Toropets. On average, russia spends about 10.000 ammunition every week, Kiviselg noted: "It was a reserve for two to three months. In the coming weeks, we will see the consequences of these losses at the front."
In Toropets, there is the military unit No 54169, which was previously attacked twice by Ukrainian drones. On the morning of June 29, two drones exploded on the territory of the unit, causing a fire, and on May 5, one drone was shot down over the facility. Local authorities, however, preferred not to report about it.
Moreove, on the day of the last attack, the Ministry of Emergency Situations sent a warning to residents of the region about the inadmissibility of publishing photos and videos from the scene, threatening criminal liability. A similar message was issued by the administration of the Toropetsky municipal district, stating that the distribution of such materials helps "enemies." "Measures provided for by the Criminal Code will be applied to those who distribute photos and videos," the Toropets administration threatened.
So, how much more they have lost last night?

Last week, residents of the Murmansk region faced similar threats.
Similar measures have already been introduced in the Kursk, Bryansk, Belgorod, Leningrad and other regions.
People have to understand - no info, no problems.

The first group of Ukrainian pilots completed their training in France
Training on Alphajet aircraft lasted for six months, the French Armed Forces reported on the X social network, declaring their strong support for Ukraine's military efforts.
These jet trainers are equipped with an instrument panel that mimics the one on the F-16 fighters. In just 2 years, France promised to train 26 Ukrainian pilots.
After that, the pilots will probably go to the training center in Romania, writes European Truth.
The French Air Force Center has been training Ukrainian pilots since March 2024. The mass media reported that since March 10 pilots have been trained there.

❗️Russia is the only terrorist regime in the world that has stolen a nuclear power plant, which is the largest NPP in Europe, turned it into a military base, and continues to use it for nuclear blackmail against our continent and the world.
You should see the clip of him.
💥Overnight, drones attacked Russia’s Tver region, triggering a massive fire and powerful detonations at an ammunition depot near Toropets.
Evacuations have begun in several settlements across the region.
In 2018, authorities openly admitted to constructing a missile storage arsenal in Toropets.
