"Russian military officers are engaged in looting in Kursk region." - ex-governor Starovoit.

Former Kursk Region governor and Russian Transport Minister Roman Starovoit has once again confirmed the facts of looting in the abandoned settlements at a meeting with residents of the border region.
Yesterday, a similar statement was made by Pavel Zolotarev, the head of Glushkovsky District of Kursk Region. At the same time on Monday TASS published a text that houses in the village of Glushkovo were allegedly looted by the Ukrainian military.

However, Glushkovo was never under the control of the AFU.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has detained a Russian GRU “mole” who was providing Defense Forces’ special operations plans in enemy-held territory to the Russians

The suspect, a lieutenant colonel and commander of one of the Special Operations Forces units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, had been recruited by the Russians prior to the full-scale war.

He was tasked with supplying the Russians with plans for Defense Forces’ combat operations in enemy-held territory, including intelligence on sabotage and reconnaissance raids carried out by Ukrainian special forces beyond the frontline in the Zaporizhzhia, Kherson oblasts and Crimea. The Russians intended to use this information to target and eliminate special forces operatives.

The lieutenant colonel has been formally charged with treason. He is currently in custody and faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
