Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko has announced that electric transport in the capital will gradually resume, beginning with two tram routes in the Troyeshchyna residential area. Starting tomorrow, January 31, trams No. 5 and No. 28 will run from Serge Lifar Street to Troyeschyna-2 station and from Myloslavska Street to Lesna metro station, respectively. Temporary bus routes №№ 5-T, 28-T, 35-T, which replaced the trams, will no longer be in service.
France has confirmed an agreement with Italy to purchase 700 missiles for the SAMP/T system, which is being prepared for Ukraine. SAMP/T is the only European defense system with the capability to intercept ballistic missiles, as well as anti-ballistic missile capability.

He expressed his appreciation for Poland's willingness to coordinate with other NATO countries and the United States in order to make this possible, noting that it will take a great deal of effort to do so, but that nothing is impossible.

Polish Prime Minister Morawiecki stated that Poland may transfer its F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine if NATO supports such a decision. Yermak, a Ukrainian official, added that work on getting the F-16 fighters is still ongoing.
A Russian missile struck a residential building in the center of Kharkiv, completely demolishing the fourth floor and partially damaging the third floor. Fifteen people living in the building were evacuated right after the explosion, and three people who were injured were given medical attention. For three hours, rescuers searched for the body of a woman who had died from her injuries. Now, SES specialists are inspecting the neighboring houses to see if they were also affected, and response operations are still ongoing. In the near future, the building will be examined to determine if it can be restored or if it needs to be demolished. If necessary, all those affected will be provided with temporary housing.

Russia spent nearly half a century constructing its energy market in Europe, but in just 50 weeks, President Putin had dismantled it. As Europeans worked to create alternative energy sources, the Russians redirected their crude oil supplies to China and India. Well done to the Russians for their successful efforts.

The man, who was working for an online store, had been distributing psychotropic substances in the capital and making payments to customers through electronic wallets. He now faces up to 12 years in prison, with the possibility of having his property confiscated.
