On Tuesday, the CBI apprehended two suspects, identified as Arun and Yesudas Junior, both residents of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The sanctions will target Dmitry Khoroshev, a Russian national who has been identified as one of the senior leaders of Lockbit.

Lockbit was reportedly responsible for 25% of ransomware attacks globally last year, targeting thousands of victims, including over 200 Ukrainian businesses.

Sofia, 1st year, Faculty of Air Defence of the Land Forces

- My family and I lived under occupation for more than a month. There was a Russian grenade launcher in our garden in Sumy region, armoured personnel carriers in the yard, Russian soldiers were walking down the streets we knew from childhood and telling us that this was their "pseudo-region", Russian planes were flying in the sky... It was at that moment, sitting in the basement, that I clearly decided: "The profession of designer can wait, I'm going to go to a military university, and that's how I ended up at the Air Defence Faculty of the Ground Forces of the Kharkiv National University of the Air Force!"
When we were liberated and Ukrainian flags flew in the village, life quickly returned to its relatively normal routine. But the problem is that every day enemy missiles try to destroy these familiar places... So it is up to us, the young people, to act decisively, become good specialists and finally bring peace back to Ukraine! Do everything we can so that no one has to cower in basements to the sound of Russian guns! Moreover, the university gives us the tools and opportunities. My uncle, who is now fighting on the front line, jokes more and more often: "How long do you have to study?"

Zelensky:

Massive missile attack by Nazi Putin on the Day of Remembrance and victory over Nazism in the Second World War.

More than 50 rockets and more than 20 "shaheds" on infrastructure in the Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhya, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. All the necessary services are already working on the ground, eliminating the consequences of terror.

The whole world should clearly understand who is who. The whole world has no right to give Nazism another chance.

The world slept through the rebirth of Nazism at 5 a.m. on February 24, 2022. And today, everyone who remembers World War II and has survived to this day feels a sense of déjà vu.

The Battle of Kyiv, the bombings of Kharkiv, Odesa, and Dnipro, mass graves, child deportations, filtration camps, and colonies for captives. Russia has brought pages from World War II textbooks back into the global media spotlight, demonstrating that Nazism has resurfaced with each new crime. This time, it simply has a new label: "Made in Russia."

And, as in 1945, only a united free world—united in the Anti-Putin Coalition—can stop the Moscow Nazis through action rather than words. Such a world can keep the new evil from spreading across the entire European continent, and eventually the entire world. Such a world is capable of demonstrating its commitment to the words "Never again!" so that they become relevant again.

The EU plans to restrict 11 vessels that contribute to russia's ability to wage a full-scale war against Ukraine in a new package of sanctions against Russia, — Bloomberg.

If the proposed measures are approved by the Member States, the ships will be blocked from accessing EU ports and anchorages, and the logistics for operating these ships will be complicated. The ban will also apply to insurance and technical assistance. European providers will also be prohibited from transshipping goods from ship to ship.

The vessels to be sanctioned include 4 fuel tankers, 2 oil tankers, 2 gas storage facilities used in Novatek's liquefied natural gas transshipment project on the Kamchatka Peninsula, and a cargo ship.

⚡️Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries are now doing what the Western sanctions regime failed to achieve. One of the world's largest oil producers is now importing gasoline, Foreign Affairs reported.

According to the publication, since October, Ukraine has launched at least 20 strikes on Russian refineries.

Representatives of Ukrainian security services said that the purpose of the attacks was to stop the supply of fuel to the Russian military and reduce export revenues, which the Kremlin uses to finance its military operations.
