I am saying the minority can't and thinking minority won't,i personally also feel it is wrong and is not the solution.
The only way to effect change and advocate for themselves is through speech and it is being muzzled.

Fair enough but the data of a whole will be the data when that person is part of that whole was what i was getting it.
