@design_RG Since the Qoto Journal was your idea and you spearheaded most of the discussion on that how would you feel about doing a short (paragraph or two) write up on what it is so I can insert it into the about/more page.

Seems users should know specifically what it means, what is appropriate and not appropriate to post to it, and when moderator action might be needed (for example users who abuse the hashtag).

We should both come up with the moderator part, we want to keep it in line with the current QOTO spirit allowing a freedom of different opinions. But I also think its important if we are going to set any rules regarding the hashtag we set those early on. I think there is some potential for abuse since it is directly linked from the menu so I think we might need to treat it different than just any old hashtag.

Happy to hear opinions from the users or other mods as well.
