@mw1cgg I hate adding connectivity to everything. But it would be pretty cool to have an app that turns the rack to the proper spice.
New episode is up! We chat with @baldengineer about MegaII reversing and more!
@burgerbecky Because no computer is as super cool anymore... *sad face*
Thur 11/30 Stream: Let's correct some things on the Mega IIe rev 3 design!
Mega IIe: An Apple IIe-compatible computer build around the Mega-II chip from an Apple IIGS.
I streamed this project for a couple of years.
Here's the final video.
@48kRAM No judgement! I didn’t even pay attention to form factor. @adistuder showed me a cool project he made with a view finder, so I wanted to play with one of those.
@48kRAM @adistuder lol no no no. compact VHS!
@adistuder It was maybe $15 shipped. So I figured I'd find something in it that I like.
@sad_electronics The biggest sin is that the polygon isn't filled in. ffs.
@adistuder Oh. I mis read that! I thought you meant 3 amp output. You meant the fixed 5V output, right?
@adistuder You might have the camera ready for that! I only tested mine to a few hundred milliamps, so far.
@adistuder Looks good. I hope you find it useful. I've been using mine this weekend to turn-on some USB-powered boards!
@freemo Beause it is aweasome! (I saw one, but do not have one... yet) Nathan said there are 100 (or so) on order, so they should be available for sale soon:

Check out these “Robotic Surfaces” presented by Jesse Gonzalez. The bubbles are individually controlled. (You can see some demos here: https://gonzalez.ink). These are built with a layer-by-layer design with a PCB as a base. #HackadaySupercon
