I never would have heard about Threads if it werent for the fediverse... which I find ironic because I signed up to it just to keep an eye, something i wouldnt have done if it wasnt for the anti-threads commotion going on over here.

@freemo I haven't seen any commotion, but that's down to not spending enough time here. I think the stumbling block for me has been real life friends not engaging. But I'll stay and keep trying to improve my habits.

@bykimbo @freemo Stop stealing my excuses! Except for me, it's dunking on flerfs.

@undefined @freemo @bykimbo I agree -
First is not to communicate online like it's not a problem in itself via obviously ecroaching / invasive mentalities and 'bu$y-ness'.

Add to that fact, that many other people are not conscious or bothered enough to choose wisely is also cause for concern because they are *knowingly* blind and irresponsible (KNOWINGLY IRRESPONSIBLE) - so that for me is priority which is also in response to the next comment ( by Free Peoples Free Press ) and for those that think they want communication 'with everyone' and that including more bad people in the mix is good.

Ultimately without the right people involved or right faculties / mindset / intentions ETC it's not good to talk.
