@theADHDAcademic I have jumped fields like crazy haha I think if you see a very good CV with unexplainable diversity in subject that lacks connection unless explained by the person then u have probably find a struggling #adhd research fellow, it's do hard to publish in this conditions but also so fun cause u see how people often get so squared in their fields and u are always the outsider to the field haha I guess #adhd and #neurodivesity always makes u feel like an outsider

@PetraPhoenix I do post-it at work for what I need to do in the day by priority then I can #hyperfocus on those as try come without having to think, or second guess or then start task jumping or getting distracted as often my #adhd brain does I also think it is important u have a supportive team and bossthat can work with Ur processes. Cause I am excellent at working under pressure and one thing but if I give me multiple things then I don't know what to do and I really need someone to help me prioritise specially if it is not my work and someone else just dump me their shit so... I really try to prioritize cause it not I know u will not complete anything at all.

@Tinu I totally understand and agree with you and I see it the same way I guess, I am more like if someone doesn't like me the action is on their side for them to block me. This way I can continue speaking my true being myself and not hurting anyone in my eyes but if someone is getting offended or hurt by it then they can always block me the way I see it is u will never please anyone in this world so what I can do beat is be true to myself, be honest, be a good human being and both know that when u are at peace with your choices then that is all good :) I am sorry about your experience and #PTSD I totally agree how some spaces can be completely triggering and toxic and I think that is why I like this thing cause it is greater by the people and the server they join so as long as u know u are in a like minded server of people u can fit in then don't need to watch Ur back if not migrate to another server :) u don't know anyone anything just be u #sister and I will definitely check out your content

@Tinu why sensor yourself? if people find you triggering it's their problem not yours. Live that distinction for people that have the #privilege to be to separate #race and #polotics. for those of us who live it in our skins, #liveexperience, we can't separate #socialjustice and #antiracism from #politics. Many may try and be apolitical but being apolitical menas helping the status quo that has ruled for ever and I'd we want changes we have to be the change. @GeorgeClothier guilty as charged sometimes I am like how I never knew... or now one noticed... thankfully now there is more awareness on #adhd symptoms in children and adulthood and debunking myths which I hope will find so other #neurodiverse individuals accept and find a way through the what is wrong with me, why am I this way and instead, #loveoneself and find #powerindifference
