@indiauplko Yeah I share your pain there
@indiauplko IMO, edit is always a risk option because people can change the meaning of their message after getting visibility, otherwise if you have to delete it, you can't use that technique.
@hashtaggrammar wow, did you read my mind? Cause I've been wanting to do tacos for a while. I don't know if I'm good enough but I'm gonna try it, thanks!
@drewfer Of course! Thanks for the recommendation, I'll get it as a reference since I only know a small part of the stdlib <3
I haven't done my #introduction so far so let's fix that.
You can call me Criw, I'm a second year software engineering student. I'm way more interested in low-level programming such as writing drivers than in webapps & similar stuff. I'm just starting to learn about that tho. And I like to contribute to opensource projects to learn and practice, in case you want contributors for something <3
Besides programming, I like to spend my time finding new music, and I'm recently learning to cook, so if you have any easy recipe you wanna share do it ;)
And IDK what else to tell ya'll, so if you have any question go on <3
@PJanuszka
Missed your introduction but welcome sir, hope you enjoy your stay and our community ❤
@andylu
Good luck man! You'll do great on your interview, keep the positivity going 😊
@freemo
I may do a thread about it someday, if I find out what to tell
@freemo
Andorra is the second one*
@freemo
Wow I didn't know that one, only 38k, you're right
@freemo
Hahahah don't blame your map, we are just a dot in the border. Our total population is ± 75.000
@freemo
Oh sorry hahaha, that "here" is Andorra. In case you don't know (almost no one does), Andorra is a small country in between Spain and France
@freemo
That's amazing, here it's kind of difficult to see those things, no one tries to do something different. Due to low competition I guess
I seem to live in a small city under a rock, but the past month I went in vacations and found a really cool concept I hadn't thought about: it was a cafebrary, which is a mix between a cafe and a library, where you could drink something while reading or buying books, really cool 😍😍😍. I wonder what interesting concepts are out there and I haven't found yet
Loki~'s tips for being motivated at home: (2/2)
- Have a list of things you should do when you wake up. Namely things like brushing your teeth & any other daily grooming tasks you may do.
- Write down what you need to do that day. I've just started bullet journaling and thus far it's fantastic for keeping me on-track.
- Keep a clean workspace. When my desk, my room, or both are a mess, I am a mess.
- Set yourself goals & when you want to finish them by. Small deadlines help you to separate work from play.
Loki~'s tips for being motivated at home: (1/2)
These are things I find help me to actually motivate myself whilst at home.
- Shower/Bathe/Wash regularly. Being clean helps a lot.
- Get dressed when you wake up. I know it's comfortable being in Pyjamas, but being dressed helps to get into a better mindset for doing things.
- HYDRATE. Water is really important.
- Eat breakfast. Even if it's just something small for breakfast like a banana, it helps give you that energy boost to start the day.
Software Engineering student.
I really really want a lemonade.
