Okay, also haben wir jetzt #Fahrradstraße|n. Und 99% davon sind eigentlich keine (da mit "Kfz frei" o.ä. versehen, also einfache Zone 30 mit "Passt besonders auf!"). Dann steht doch bestimmt was im BKAT zum Thema: Behinderung von Radfahrenden, Gefährdung, Vorfahrt missachten etc.
Das muss doch in einer Fahrradstraße zumindest teurer sein als anderswo.

Several Mass graves have been reportedly uncovered in the Afar region of #Ethiopia. According to Fana Broadcasting Corporate (FBC), state media, they are mainly discovered in zone 2 Kilbet Rasu area.
Some of the mass graves have nine remains. Others have six. The remains are said to be from victims of Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) forces during the four months that it controlled the area before it was dislodged by Afar region special forces, militia, and the Ethiopian Defence Force.

Nicht nur finde ich den Kita-Streik richtig, ich finde auch seltsam, dass er ausgerechnet unsere Einrichtung nicht betroffen hat. Viele Erzieher*innen streiken nicht und arbeiten durch. Gedankt wird's ihnen anscheinend nicht. Also: ab in die Gewerkschaft! Ich möchte zufriedene Erzieher*innen für meine Kinder!

So, first of all, thanks for the input, @Pat, @cstanhope, @Segebodo, @timjan, @alinanorakari !
It turns out it was sort of digital but mostly clock related. For some reason, the GCLK Generator 1 was set to 120 MHz (div 1) while in other examples it was set to a lower value of 12 MHz, i.e. higher div (10 for example). Well: now the sawtooth is smooth as a baby’s butt.
The thing is: I only found this by going through a dozen graphical representations of the configurations - which were buggy. Not sure why it was GCLK1, by the way. The datasheet says GCLK_DAC must be lower than 12 MHz casually under 47.6.3 Operating conditions ^^ (I set it to 20 MHz (div 6) and it still worked though).
So, at least my hunch was right: This was indeed not a nonmonotonous DAC (because, wow, that would’ve been awful!).
My second hunch was right too: There’s way more experience to gather.
Lessons learned:
- Always make sure your clock settings are okay.
- Get used to looking for crucial info on speed and timing under sub-paragraph 6.3+ 😵
- If you can, chose a product with a clean, functional and stable IDE+toolchain (or use your own).

Is there something I didn't get about the government's energy strategy going forward? We're to be independent of Russian fossils and scrambling to substitute them. But we really need to get rid of all fossils - fast. So where then is a national heat pump and solar fast-track push? Where are high-level urgent strategy meetings with industry to produce and deploy them? Where is the national job training Initiative to get thousands of young people, immigrants, job seekers to be emergency-educated renewables specialists to be channeled to the local trades struggling with demand and lack of personnel, not to speak of shortages? Where are planning and advice infrastructures for ordinary home owners and for people renting? Did I miss any of this happening? All I hear is that if one tries, it is a difficult, painful struggle - lack of knowledge, lack of personnel, lack of supplies ... this needs to be a strategic effort. Where's the all-out push?! The emergency mode government action?
