Congrats to Mirati on the Dec 12 FDA approval of adagrasib (Krazati). This is the second KRAS-G12C inhibitor approval after Amgen's sotorasib in May 2021. Just a short time ago the conventional wisdom was that KRAS was undruggable. Med chem ftw!
