Just finished another 10 mi (15.11km) bike ride 🚲 . I slowed down because it was @absolutus 's first time but he kept pretty decent pace (just a bit slower than my normal time) What I really love though is how much my heart rate has improved! 2 months ago I wouldnt have been able to get to the end of the block but now I'm going the distance. Couldn't be happier with my results!

Yea all of my weight loss was due to diet (switched to keto), exercise did not account for any of my weight loss et (other than light walking). The biking is a new habit.
@freemo @absolutus Indeed then it's a lot of progress. Just don't push the limits too hard, so it stays a pleasant activity which you will keep on doing.
