@freemo I once lost 28 lb in just over a month. It involved no alcohol and no cheese as well as a slightly reduced input. Not much fun, but I felt a great deal fitter!
@iankenway alcohol will kill you and cheese .. i dunno cheese is ok, not the healthiest and a bit on the calorie dense side, but not horrible. i think the alcohol alone would have made a huge difference.
@iankenway Well its not so much the metabolism itself, though that is a factor, its more that it creates a huge insulin spike that causes you to get hungrier in the long run.
