Since starting my diet i have lost 8 lbs in 5 days so far. This has been my lunch every day, a handmade bagel with mexican Oaxaca cheese and some potassium salt, toasted. Dinner is usually a hamburger with cheese and bacon. That's all i eat in a day, no breakfast. About 1500 calories a day.
@iankenway Well its not so much the metabolism itself, though that is a factor, its more that it creates a huge insulin spike that causes you to get hungrier in the long run.
