To say honestly I also know Netherlands as more of the weed and hash place

It is known for being a weed place, but they still have the highest density of bikes of any country, so they are clearly at the top of the list for cyling... with that said even their weed use is more of an image than reality. The vast majority of dutch dont even smoke.
