That probably depends on the breed of shark and the current. Since they are sleeping in current it may be ok, but i dunno

Amazing! Pretty strong current, is that the reason they can stay stationary, bc the current forces the water over their gills?

From what im told they just tend to sleep during the day. But hell if i know.

It was a strong current, but ive learned how to navigate it well.
That shark didn't look too happy having her beauty sleep disturbed.
So were you swimming with the sharks, or sleeping with the fishes?

Thought they were quite polite that they moved off in the end,.. anything else might have quite surprised of a surprise guest from the other half of the planet!
