@mcread The FDa has only approved it for use in people 15 and older. You are allowed to use it for kids who are younger at your own discretion despite not being approved for younger children.

Good thing all this is in the public and not hidden in anyway and ultimately guided the FDA's authorization huh?

@realcaseyrollins I have a large bag of pure MSG. Its great in many foods, and very healthy (as it is salty but reduces sodium intake). I highly recommend it. Perfect in soups.

I do recommend not overusing it though. Ramen is great but it also tastes cheap for a reason.

@realcaseyrollins You know it isnt salt that gives it the salt flavor. The salt (and meaty flavor) is from msg.. the flavor packet is almost entierly msg.
