Whenever someone says something true isn't relevant in court, then we need to interrupt that person and say, "That's simply not the case." And then when they tell us to shut up, we say, "I'm not shutting up because it's my legal and moral and patriotic right." To actually speak to the judge, and then you talk over the judge and then the police come in and bug you out. Like "The Trial of the Chicago Seven," you know at a certain point the system has no legitimacy anymore.

Ant Group, the technology titan, is set to raise around $34 billion when its begin in Hong Kong and Shanghai in the coming weeks, which would make its initial public offering the largest on record.

The company, the parent of the , priced its shares around $10.30 apiece, according to documents released on Monday by in the two cities. At that price, the company would be worth around $310 billion, a market value comparable to that of and more than that of many other global .

The money Ant raises would surpass the $29.4 billion that Saudi Arabia’s state-run oil company, , raised when it went public last year. Ant’s listing would also be larger than that of its sister company, the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, which raised $25 billion when its shares started trading on the Stock Exchange in 2014.

For hundreds of millions of people in China, Alipay may as well be a . It is their card,# debit card, fund and even insurance broker — all on a single mobile platform. It is a lender to small businesses, both online and off, that might otherwise be ignored by China’s big state-run . Alipay has more than 730 million monthly , more than twice the population of the / . By comparison, has 346 million active accounts.

Like other giant internet companies, Ant says its strength lies in performing a large number of different tasks at once. The more people use Alipay to purchase lattes, for example, the more data it gathers about their spending power. Trying to recall details about a long-gone podcast (RIP #Dailysonic), I started looking through various pages using @internetarchive's Wayback Machine. There's a unique thrill in unearthing info long gone from the surface web, but what really gives me chills is finding forum posts and comments with my old username. It's like chasing a digital ghost and catching a glimpse. It reminds me of how much I've changed and how much remains the same.

from my living test of people (most of my life from high school, ranging from parents, teachers (outside of school and when older today) and getting better as I go saying the same thing here even on Fediverse) people do not even confirm / acknowledge or confront it.

The literally live with it regardless and even say "I know but..." and say things like "got to eat / my children / etc etc" without seeing all is written off and into hell without trying to bend the bad tree of life (banks) back to something straighter even if there is no 1-shot kill.... but people aren't even interested to work on that even though it devalues their whole life and work... even some answered that it's the children that have to deal with it hence the same vicious loop that and other students rightly take into their own hands as honestly the excuse not to even think about this daily is part of bent-ness of life and even supports it but deliberately ignoring such big elephant in room...

TLDR = PEOPLE KNOW - THEY ARE COWARDS / CAN'T FACE TO CHANGE COMFORT AS SUCH A COST AND DEVALUE FACTOR TO EVERYONE USING DEBT TO 'GROW' LIFE (False numbers / false loans).
