If you can’t describe how your system is likely to fail, then you don’t understand it.

One of the major problems for teachers has always been knowing what students have learned. Their behavior on tests and similar products isn’t as reliable as we think.

Hey leaders... that expertise you seek... it probably exists in your organization.

If you are trying to rebuild what your tore down, maybe you quit being a "leader."

Pay attention, If folks roll their eyes when you start talking about what excites you then maybe you need to rethink it.

if the knowledge is only valuable in your classroom, why are you bothering?
