#today it is raining again. Time for some #boardgames to try an entertain these bored kiddos. Which are your #family favourites for young #kids? We like #orchard, #hootOwlHoot, and #pengaloo. Games with tactile pieces get the kids most engaged. So dragon’s breath is a big hit too. Lots to love by #Haba ,#PeaceableKingdom , and #blueorangegames
@jda oh what’s gula gula? We have some junior versions of things (ticket to ride, monopoly, anomia) but they’re still to young to play those. Ones like #Dixit and Stories of The Three Coins don’t require reading but the game play is a bit complex for the 4 y old twins. I suspect it will be a few years before we could manage Junior #Catan, though that will be fun! I’m also excited to bust out #topiary and #Planet when they’re older.
@jda oh that looks super fun. The colourful eggs and the Catan-like tiles.
@girls_can sorry, it's called Gulo Gulo and it is a fun game of removing colorful eggs trying to avoid having the straw fall over.:
