Signal has recently reported that their service has been blocked in Iran. This block is a direct attack on the secure communication of activists.

New settings I worked on for #GIMP 2.99.12 : up to now, modifiers on canvas were hard-coded. Now it will be possible to switch actions, or even disable them (e.g. some people dislike the canvas rotation; the menu on right click also seem less useful nowadays).
