Well, here in Fedi- many people disagree with each other on many levels and magnitudes and it can end in many ways ugly and nice.

Don't expect things to be clean and simple unless you create a box for yourself. The more open you are to other servers here, the more variety you'll get.

Brief examples:::
-theres several servers aimed for neonazis
-theres at least 1 for trans women who hate cis women
-theres many others for specific topics such as regions, religions, sports, etc.

#qoto tries to federate with as much as possible in order to have the most availability. This can be overwhelming for some people.
