No, they didn't ban it. It is still legal to use TikTok in Montana and everywhere else in the US.

They could pass a law that said that no one could criticize the government of Montana, but it would still be legal nontheless.

No government in the US can ban speech.

@lupyuen I have a mixed feeling. On the other hand, AI seems like an inevitability and worth the dime in exploring what it will offer in the future.

But on the other hand, it's ethics are questionable, from the source it used to train, to the copyright implication from work derived from AI.

I guess learning never hurt, but deep in my heart it still seems wrong
