This afternoon I cycled to the Don River in the heart of Toronto to see if I could catch some salmon doing the annual run, swimming upstream over rapids and dams to get to their birthplace to spawn. I was lucky. This grab is upstream to the falls which was too crowded, so I found this secluded spot.

This is categorically not true! The EU released sanctions on grain, but only for their use, not the poorer nations. That's colonialism in the extreme. Rather than parodying what the NYT says, which isn't a reliable source as they just regurgitate what the government talking points are. Geesus, poeple need to educate themselves in geopolitics and look at the details. Use more sources, not only western. The EU has been holding ships in their ports that are loaded with grain, because of sanctions. The UN is working on getting this worked out, but it's complicated because of politics. Isn't that always the case with the West?!

Pentagon is reviewing it's use of fake accounts to promote war in Ukraine and elsewhere. Apparently FB caught some and removed them. Yay!

The rhetoric coming from western media, doesn't really match the events on the ground. The Russians gave up territory that was lightly defended in what is called a strategic retreat. Ukrainian troops didn't fight their way in.

Well, I'm not a fan of the Royals, as they represent everything that is wrong with colonialism. That said I can appreciate her dedication over the years to her public service as an individual. I don't support the class system at all, which is what they represent!
