I regularly cook lots of legumes, put them in jars and every time I set aside a jar for the first guy I meet in the streets asking for money

@rastinza it was just a paragraph linkung the subject of partial pressure to life. I don't recall it even giving a name to the phenominon, but it was just a curiousity I read over a decade ago. The phenominon appears to be limnic eruption. And perhaps since the water needs to be near the saturation point, it may not be a possibility for an ocean, or part of it, to do such a thing.

Al Ipercoop di Albenga en Liguria no mi hanno voluto vendere la birra perche il sindaco ha deto che dopo le sette e mezza di sera no si puo vendere il alcohol. Dopo dieci minuti che l'ho fatta. L'ho comprato una bel fredda lchnusa da 660 ml nel bareto del paese vicino. Vaffanculo al sindaco e al Ipercoop.

This method doesn't destroy PFAS in water, it destroys isolated PFAS.
Thus you would first have to remove all the PFAS from the contaminated well with another methodology.
This method is useless on its own for water decontamination.
