I gave my fediverse talk last night and it went really well! lots of engagement and audience questions.
someone pointed out the analogy of "you know how you can do @technomancy on twitter and @technomancy on github and they mean different things and they don't interoperate? imagine if you could" which seemed like a really intuitive way to explain federation that people readily grasped.

@F16VIPER01 I agree with your general points in your (memes? posts? gabs? whispers?) about transgenderism, except when you say "there is no such thing as transgender", or "there is no such thing as a transgender". What do you mean by this?
(Also, if I might add, you could serve to be a little more sympathetic. Neither you nor I agree with the lifestyle, but the least we can do is be loving towards these people. Like these people are definitely suffering dude. Many of them are emotionally and mentally fragile too; shouting at them and talking down to them will not help them at all.)

Free means unrestrained. That means there is no right speech, or wrong speech. What you are really saying is you hate how the other person expresses themselves. You hate their ideas. Suck it up #Snowflake, Cause I hate that shit!
