@dick_turpin hahahahaha.....
really I'm crying.
@harding
Only if it ends with us each declaring the other to be wrong.
@harding but isn’t that what the internet is for?
My two year old niece, who I suspect may already be able to outsmart me, has shown some really strong, patient, technical problem solving tendencies. I’d like to help her have the opportunity to learn how to code. So what advice/experience does anyone have on coding for young children. #codingforkids
@SecondJon @Surasanji @Dan_Ramos I think that depends on who you ask and what your definition of evil is. That said, I don’t have a horse in this race so whilst I can throw in my smart arse comment, I need to respect that it isn’t my business.
@Surasanji @SecondJon @Dan_Ramos I just read something on fb about trump, written by a Brit, explaining why we tend to hate the man but also why it’s so confusing and baffling that anyone in the US would support him. Can’t copy and paste so I’ll post a screenshot. Suffice to say that along with everything the writer says, what also baffles me is that anyone with half a brain thinks mass gun ownership is a good idea.
@SecondJon @Dan_Ramos I read this whole thread and can only think “pffft... damn stupid Americans”.
According to r/bicycling 1000 out of 1200 kids in this school arrive by #bike in winter. This photo was taken at -17ºC.
I know there's nothing new in this idea... but frankly our democracy is broken when this is the result of pretty much everything in parliament. https://www.theyworkforyou.com/divisions/pw-2019-02-13-329-commons
I keep networks running at a university for money, live sound and photos for fun. WiFi nerd: CWNA, CWAP, CWDP, CWSP, ECSE Design.
