I remember when I was a child, maybe 11 or 12, and wondering how so many Germans could let Hilter inflict so much pain and destruction on their country without stopping him. We are in that moment in American history right now. I just hope some 11- or 12-year-old 50 years from now doesn't ask the same question of us.
I just had a good laugh. I am in the drive through of *RESTAURANT REDACTED* and when the drive-through attendant was done taking my order she asked, "Will that be all?" To which I replied "Yes ma'am!" To which she replied *DON'T CALL ME MA'AM! IM ONLY 17 YEARS OLD. SHIT!" I laughed. When she heard me laughing she's says (presumably to a coworker) "Oh shit! I think he heard me... HOW DO YOU MUTE THIS THING!?!?" Then I really laughed!
