@jmw150 @freemo Unfortunately I can't handle walking and not going anywhere, otherwise I would use the ones in the gym on the roof of the building I live in. My current solution is to just walk up all 23 flights of stairs every afternoon but it's not quite enough.
@swiley @freemo Treadmills and elliptical machines work really well in my experience.
Getting 30 minutes in without having to invest much thought into it kept me thin during these times.
