It was about forcing the vaccine on people.

@namark It's not, otherwise Israel would be covid free, we wouldn't have the variants, the deaths from the vaccine wouldn't be orders of magnitude so far than every other vaccine combined, and it wouldn't matter if some people elected not to take the vaccine. It's not rhetoric, it's supported by facts. Your initial response ignored the third paragraph which was the point of the post and was almost entirely rhetorical.

1) The morality of forcing people to take an dangerous and experimental drug (the main discussion)
2) An irrelevant side discussion about the efficacy of the drug. I have said, since the first post, that this is irrelevant.

@namark No. My argument is that you have no right to force people to take drugs. Their effectiveness is irrelevant.

@namark In addition, many people argue that the vaccines make the covid situation *worse* because of the evolutionary pressure it puts in the virus. This is why we've seen so many variants this year and not last year.

@namark The immunity provided by the vaccines is very weak, you still carry the virus, experience symptoms, and infect others.

Also, you've written nothing but political rhetoric and you don't have a right to not get sick when you go outside, that's not how the world works.

Even if you were right (you're not) it's *absolutely* unacceptable to force drugs on people.
