If you’d like to learn to program I would consider the SICP [1] more or less the peak of American CS pedagogy (at least as far as beginners go) along with “The Practice of Programming” once you get through that.
I play ukulele, I’m ok at reading music and decent at improv. I learned from Walter Piston’s “Harmony” and some of Adam Neely’s videos.
My main phone is a pine phone so if I don’t pick up when you call the battery is probably dead, the modem is probably dead, or I’m currently swearing at calls/pulseaudio/alsa. I’d strongly recommend sending an email instead.
Dispite what my web page says I’ve stopped uploading my scratch projects to GitHub once I started to understand the basics of collaboration with git. I was using the flamegraph as gamification/motivation but it doesn’t work as well with feature branch/squash merge workflows so I just keep most things on my VPS until I’m happy with publishing updates.

i dunno how you successfully penalize against lawfare though. first introduction to that was things like when the RIAA would use fake conspiracy charges to harvest names behind IP addresses, drop the charges and then go try to blackmail people individually. There was also AT&T filing nonsense suits against Vonage and a long history of similar cases of just “bury them in fake cases and hope they go bankrupt”
we never stopped it we just ended up naming the practice.

So Twitter sent me an email telling me my (former) account has been suspended for evading their account ban. I’m like what? I haven’t been on Twitter since you closed my account in January, 2 days after you booted the Best President ever. I even checked on the username a few months back and it belonged to someone new.
Twitter is just angry emailing people like a drunk ex-wife at this point 😂😂

I encourage you to do more than buy local: befriend your neighbors and buy from them. It builds a good network and then they are more willing to help you or buy things from you or support your business.
