I have not heard of that, fediverse.party didn't seem to have changed in ages last time I looked.
If we can get people on here, then we can at least try and engage.
I just wonder what they will make of my comments about twitter and Nazis and holocaust deniers, this can't be disputed as Germany is suing over the latter.

I will mention the irony of promoting e safety on a social media site where the owner has allowed nazis and holocaust deniers (hence twitter getting sued) free reign while banning journalists and people for just posting links to Mastodon.

Indeed, it just seems worse in the US some states probably have a good education others less so.
You need a good 20 years of solid consistent good education, the odd tweak to keep up with things (e.g adding in computing to the curriculum) but colleges / employers need to know where they stand.
The Taliban have so far, but perhaps the idea is to slowly regain their iron grip. They rule through fear, so public executions were common place in the 90s as a way to 'set an example' to others.

I think there are clearly numerous ideas, all of which have merit as our climate, even in 2023, can display all sorts of weird and wonderful phenomenon which to these civilisations would be difficult to understand.
Again why I like it here, we can discuss, throw ideas around and ask questions in a civilised manner. How social networking should be.
