I am not sure who is to blame here, education system, parents or not teaching or correcting, OR the fact as adults they are just bone idle and sloppy for not being able to research a topic correctly.
However, people make errors, so it is up to the editorial team to make sure reports are accurate, so maybe they too are sloppy ad bone idle.

@zleap of course … the illegality of Israel’s behavior as an occupier, from the beginning, is the main issue for me. It begins in 1948 in fact. Israel occupied and immediately annexed territory designated by the UN partition decision to a Palestinian state. The Israeli excuse is that the Arabs and Palestinians rejected the partition, and started a war. It’s still illegal, afaik, but never discussed, since there’s some “consensus” around the 1967 borders. But to be honest with their “mandate” (whitewashed colonialism) returned to the UN, and the British actively sabotaging the work of the UNPC (United Nations Palestine Commission), there’s so much the UK needs to answer for.
Problem is TRUMP won, Hayley Lost for many people thatis enough.

I think it was Alex Jones who maintained a narrative Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax, he was sued by victims, is there a legal presidence for anyone who gets cervical cancer and fell for the anti-vax mob to sue THEM for damages.
If what is said here can be backed more widely then thereis surely some degree of liability. If Madonna can be sued for keeping fans waiting for 2 hours (or something) at a concert, then anti vaxers can also be sued. Esp in the US where medical care has to be paid for.

Rather than cutting taxes, how about we rebuild some of the schools that are falling apart and find out why we have a school and houses that need to be pulled down and rebuilt due to faults, despite these projects being signed off. Sack the incompetents, stop companies who fail from getting new contracts so we can save money longer term not having to re do projects due to incompetence.
We need to invest in STEM so we can hopefully encourage, train and retaian the next generation of doctors, nurses, as well as teachers and many other professionals.
I agree, the number of times I have done this in libreoffice for example and ended up with huge text deleted it and pasted without formatting, wasting my time further, I am also fed up of urls being turned in to clickable links, turn this OFF by default so we can paste with formatting and THEN it becomes a clickable link.
And our idiot former PM Boris is saying the world needs a Trump presidency.

The online safety bill is meant to make the internet safer and allow regulators to enforce rules on age restricted sites. I can't see this happening if we can't even fully enforce the GDPR and companies still hand data to social media companies, usually we are forced to consent as to make a website function we need to consent to cookies, some of which probably hand over that data.
