Hello my fellow #autodidacts

I'm wanting to reinforce my understanding of science by understanding more about the underlying mathematics of physics.

So, ideally, text books that begin with the 'basics' principles such as learning algebra, with the aim of eventually progressing onto how equations are used to quantitatively describe the physical properties of reality, including quantum mechanics.

Any suggestions? (reading \ study list)

The UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) on Sunday reported horrific scenes at a hospital in the southern Gaza Strip following a deadly Israeli strike on a “humanitarian zone” for displaced Palestinians.

“Visiting the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis yesterday, I witnessed some of the most horrific scenes I have seen in my nine months in Gaza,” Scott Anderson, Director of UNRWA Affairs in Gaza, said in a statement.

The civil defence agency said at least 20 people were killed Saturday in an Israeli strike on a makeshift mosque at Al-Shati refugee camp in the territory's north.

Disturbing footage showed limbs scattered around the vicinity of the mosque, which had been destroyed in a previous Israeli attack.

The camp residents set up the tent mosque after Israeli forces destroyed all mosques in the Shati refugee camp.
