@thendrix I believe it would. The Black Willow would seem to be the best.
Sassafras would do a good job stabilizing the earth while the Willow grows. Both are native to the region and grow rather quickly.
@thor It's the endorphins released. It will get better and then comes the nutrition part. The worst part about weightlifting is eating a lot of clean food.
Hit the sauna before you begin your workout. I've found that it really helps with joints and warming up.

@thelinuxEXP Hi Nick, important correction for the VPN attack: the attacker does not need administrative rights to the network. Injecting a rogue DHCP server is enough, most networks are not protected (e.g. by defining legal servers). @system76
