Watching Sitcoms helped a lot like The Office, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn 99 etc

Other than that Morning Exercises, namely Running is like a drug. And also Music. Lot of good Music. Take care of yourself. You're never truly alone.

Those were all good suggestions, S.

I would add looking for a community to join, where you can visit and chat, like here. It's been pretty quiet today, people are out or doing work but it can be pretty lively at times.

I do use a penpal letter writing app that I find great for finding people with similar interests, we have nice conversations via letters.

It's called Slowly, and you can use on a mobile device (iOS or Android), or in a laptop via Slowly Web mode.

getslowly.com/en for more info and details, or ask me. 😃

Yes you are absolutely right! Joining a community or joining a club with your favourite hobby can be a good way to end loneliness.
@IntegralDuChemin

@IntegralDuChemin By being alone and then thinking about lonliness... it doesnt help :)

@IntegralDuChemin
go out and interact with people. check meetup.com to find groups with similar interests. or volunteer for non-profits. join communities. it takes some work to combat loneliness but it will be worth it. Good luck and Godbest.

@metapsyche Thanks but I do most of that. I do have good friends but I lack the day planning and they are not always around.
