@odaraia The case is certainly partisan, but the decision is unanimous and in keeping with established 1A precedent.
New York shouldn't be urging banks to stop working with the NRA any more than Texas should be urging banks to stop working with Planned Parenthood.

@PeterRobison Yep. Even those of us who own guns and advocate for the right to bear arms generally don't think kids should have access to guns when not supervised by a responsible adult.
Whoever left that firearm out for that kid to grab and use ought to spend many years in jail.
