Man, the 70s must have been wild. I'm watching an old show from then and the ladies on the left are described as irredeemably ugly. The famous beautician says he's not sure he can fix them. Then they come out the other end looking like golden girls in the second picture and everybody starts fawning over them as if they're movie stars.
I don't know if it's just because they remind me so much of my grandparents in the second photo, or if my lack of attraction to women is a factor, but I genuinely think they both look better in the first photo.
FFS #Meta. I'm one of the biggest #FreeSpeech advocates in the country and even I recognize that "allowing political expression" is much lower on the priority list than "avoiding serious risks to human rights". The fact that you have to "weigh" the two means that you have no fucking clue what you're doing.

I'm not a big photographer, but I try my hand occasionally and this is probably my favorite photo. From a technical standpoint, it's a mess; blurry, noisy, awful.
But it was just the right place at the right time.

When I was in middle school, I had a shoplifting problem, along with some bad-influence friends. It started small, some M&Ms or binaca (which was weirdly popular in my middle school back then). But, as I kept getting away with it, I kept upping the ante. Eventually, it was my brazenness that got me caught. I thoroughly learned my lesson and never stole again.
I think about that sometimes when I read stories like this about a 43-year-old man sending shamelessly explicit texts to teenage boys... What led to his brazenness?

So there's this big cactus out front of my house, and whenever we get big rains after a dry spell, it sprouts over a couple days and then blooms at night. Whenever I'm up late enough and remember, I like to try to take a couple pictures of the huge gorgeous pink-white flowers that most people will sleep through. #bloomscrolling

I made bulgogi beef last night for dinner, so that can mean only one thing... leftover bulgogi hash for breakfast! With egg & jasmine rice & cheddar. Delicious.
