I was thinking about this and Schoolhouse Rock yesterday. What year was the Roe VS Wade bill written that was signed into law to make it the Law of the Land?

Is the argument that by attaching any Supreme Court decision however tentatively to the constitution it becomes law?

Or is it really The Judicial Precedent of the Land?

I remember last time someone started a site to mutually vote third party. That is, if you'd normally vote for the D, it would match you with someone who would usually vote for the R, and you'd both agree to vote third party. That way it would remove support from the one without tilting the vote to the other.

(In theory...if everyone was honest and followed through...and really only if it happened at the state level.)

Will political correctness kill classic movies?
