I would only block an instance if I receive a clear ban warning from a store.
Without that it will be out of my role.

"Fascist" and "anti fascism" get thrown around a lot, and I feel like people aren't using the same definition, or maybe don't even know the definition. CW for length
I'm not an expert in political science or history, but I looked it up : "Fascism definition is - a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition."
I'm generally in favor of more rights and responsibilities for the individual, perhaps in favor of the common good (for individuals) as opposed to the greater good (where supposed value for the tribe or nation is bad for the individuals). I value the richness of differences in culture and think the sharing and spreading of the best of our cultures can enrich us all, so I've never understood exalting or attacking on the basis of race.
I'm in favor of weaker centralized government and think the more local government should be more emphasized to decentralize power, and the president, Supreme Court Justice, federal bureaucrats and federal legislators should have less centralized power, not more. I think there should be minimal government force used in economic and social ideology, and I oppose suppressing differences in opinion and ideas.
I think the mindset of fascism perhaps could be applied outside of government, and different aspects that don't add up to the full definition of fascism.
According to the definition, any attempt to apply force to oppose speech that expresses oppositional ideas is an element of racism. So IS racial nationalism. So is promoting any centralized person or group to drive social ideas, pursuing government taking over means of economic production. Our having the government drive social ideas?
I suspect in the drive to be on "the side of the angels" , many are becoming more fascist in the name of confronting others who exhibit other aspects of fascism.
I wonder if they have some underlying agreed idea that the way to win with one's ideas is to use force of some kind to stop others who disagree.
And even though I oppose every aspect of fascism, I've been called a fascist when someone thinks I disagree with the current political far left. Have we devolved to just throw around the word to anyone we think we disagree with...perhaps in an attempt to force their differing opinion to be shut down?

Pinterest just FIRED whistleblower who exposed them…
I guess the attempt to conceal the identity of the whistleblower who exposed Pinterest failed: According to O'Keefe, the whistleblower has already been fired by the big brother social media company.

Wow, they're moving fast with political censorship.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg says Kavanaugh helped boost number of female law clerks on court
"Thanks to his selections, the court has this term, for the first time ever, more women than men serving as law clerks."
Ginsburg noted that more progress is still needed to ensure equal representation.
Reaction : Because while more of the female gender than the male is good, it's still not enough for equal representation.

For my first toot, I would like to say that I think it stinks that our children are judged primarily on multiple choice tests taken in a high pressure situation. The state tests do not show the flexibility, persistence, and creativity of my students. Nor do they show their ability to collaborate or to use and interpret technology.

Disappointed at the lack of logic in the new censorship discussions here on mastodon. The argument goes something like :
If you disagree with me in any way, you're a fascist/white supremacist /etc.
If you support people's ability to voice their opinion that differs from mine, even if I can't prove that you actually disagree with my opinions, then you're supporting fascists.
The only right response to fascists is to implement an authoritarian view of mastodon, with a strong centralized governance to have no tolerance for opposing opinions.
I don't know much about gab, I don't like trolls (on the "I disagree with you" side or in the "disagreeing with me is FASCISM!!! 1!11" side), they are an annoying thing but are easy for individuals to block, but I thought the idea of mastodon was against this type of governance of social media, which is getting pretty close to an application of Mussolini's governing philosophy, whatever that was called.
Quotes from Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger
Planned Parenthood founder :
"The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it."
"We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population"
“I accepted an invitation to talk to the women's branch of the Ku Klux Klan... I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak...In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered.”
