Been watching a lot of Imperator: Rome play-throughs on YouTube. Looks like an interesting game with a lot of management opportunities.

I've heard a lot of people say a mix between EU4 and Crusader Kings 2.

I think that's fairly apt, but it doesn't really emulate either experience 100% as near as I can tell from watching others play. That is a good thing, as it creates it's own experience that is unique to that game.

I feel like there is a little bit of Victoria 2 rolled in there, especially with how into governance and policies you seem to need to go. Victoria 2 is not a game I played- but again, watching playthroughs seems to have a lot of management aspects in regards to economy, and relationships.

Anyways, it is shaping up to be an interesting game to watch, at least. Not sure if I'll be buying it or playing it myself simply because I'm really not into playing that kind of management game. At least not when it's historical.

That's why I love Stellaris so much, though.

Let us say an Earth Day Prayer:

Fuck you, Mars!

Amen.

@freemo I have this problem with the difference between a metric and imperial ass-load.

I decided to follow Greta Thornburgs example in my own effort to try to bring awareness to the importance of education. Every monday I will dump toxic waste into my local river until people start caring about education!

@freemo is this fun toxic waste or sad toxic waste?

@iankenway I think I'm going to need to read this carefully to respond correctly, so give me a day or two to find the time and I'll certainly be glad to respond. :)

@SquidPresident@cryptids.online please enjoy your vacation in deepwet, Mr. President. I will miss you.

@freemo @peterdrake I think these are supposed to be three different slices of three different pies.... It's just formatted terribly and stupidly.

@SquidPresident@cryptids.online he is the fuzzy elephant.

@iankenway Go for it. I'm here for the theme. Questioning and Teaching. :D
