So, got my cat like $200 USD in new toys, cat tree, and all the rest in this attempt to stop her from chewing on things that might hurt her.
She, instead, chewed through the cord of my headphones.
Thank you, tiny destroyer. You're lucky I love your fuzzy butt so much.
Luckily, I can change the cord very easily on these and I have two back ups at home- but still. Very frustrating.

So, election time is approaching here in Israel. Time for Bibi to go.
He's done his part, he did his job, and most people are thankful. He's been PM for too long, though. It's time to remove Bibi and let someone else do the work.
Retire or something, get out of government. Go on a vacation. I don't care, honestly, it's time for a new face at the head of the government.
We need to enact term limits here for PMs. Being PM too long opens up a lot of issues. We're a democracy, and I'd rather not have the same leader every year.

Thelymitra cyanapicata, the blue-top sun orchid. A critically endangered orchid from South Australia. It’s only found in 1 place in the world. There are just 3 wild populations of this flower, with fewer than 150 flowering adults.
This swampy woodland flower also has an edible underground tuber, and was once a traditional food source for local indigenous people. Like many endangered plants, it’s threatened by habitat loss and the use of fertilisers and pesticides.

I wanted to update everyone on the #QOTO peertube instance and other services. Long story short the thing thats holding me up right now that im looking into is SAML and LADP so i can make a unified user login expiernce some how. I dont want people to establish accounts on secondary services and then have to worry about overlapping accounts later. So its turning into a bit of a project but I'm still working on it.
So. There were 3150 cases of measles reported in Israel in 2018.
That's a lot of preventable disease right there. A lot.
Anyone ever have a day where all at once your emotional and physical state seem to do a 180 and you're like 'Oh snap, today is terrible'.
And there isn't any real reason as to why?
I'm all of a sudden feeling like total garbage, despite not being sick or anything. I just really, really, really don't want to be in this room with people. I very much want to hide and disappear.

So, remember like a week or so ago I was like 'I FOUND PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COMPUTER MODEL I'M GETTING'
I haven't experienced any of those issues. None at all.
Thermals are pretty good for now, no heat issues seen so far. (Throttling, et al.)
The 'Reverse Ghosting' issue on the screen, haven't seen that either. (Although, I did have a skybox issue with Doom 2016, but I don't think that is related to the laptop.)
Yeah, all in all it's exactly as I figured. A few very loud and complaining people who got issues and now are shouting as loud as possible. All in all very happy with my purchase.
Seriously debating getting a second cat so my first cat isn't lonely during the day.
I would name him Emperor Fluffyfoots the First of Renshire.
Two hours before my favorite part of the day.
Arriving home to pick up my kitty and getting my welcome home purrs.
