Workers have been working hard since the start of the year to build exits from Darnytsia Bridge to the Dnipro embankment. All 36 supports and three reinforced concrete structures for the retaining walls of the bridge exits have been put in place. The steel structures of the bridge exit spans are currently being assembled and welded. It is expected that the construction of the Darnytsia Bridge exits will be finished by July 2021.

The Security Service of Ukraine has arrested a former member of the Sparta Battalion of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic in Odesa. In 2015, he was involved in the conflict against Ukraine in the east, taking part in the battle near Donetsk Airport. After being wounded, he moved to the area under Ukrainian control and eventually returned to Odesa, but kept in contact with his former terrorist associates.

The Ukrainian government is preparing for a shift in the legal framework and the attitude of the nation after the victory. All 18-year-old males will be required to take special training courses in medicine, shooting, trenches, and coordination. Additionally, they will be required to take a month-long course in specialization each year. There should also be a culture of visiting shooting ranges so that all Ukrainians can become proficient in using firearms. Finally, the reform must be completed and all firearms must be officially registered and subject to inspection.

The mobilization plan announced at the beginning of martial law has not yet been finalized, according to the Minister of Defense.
